AGM and monthly talk – Tarella and the story of the Mclaughlin’s (Robyne Ridge)

The Blue Mountains Historical Society will conduct its AGM followed by our usual monthly talk. Robyne Ridge will speak about Tarella and tell the story of the McLaughlin Family. The AGM will  commence at 10.30am, Morning tea will be available from 10am. Please note change of date.

Meeting and Public Talk – Keith Maxwell talk – Bushwalking and WW2 Bushwalkers

Keith will be speaking to his book "Splendour Rock" which delves into the history of bushwaking and the bushwalkers who served during WW2. Splendour Rock is the memorial to tho servicemen located in the Wild Dog Mountains. The memorial site was chosen because the eyes here are drawn to the glory of Kanangra Walls.
