This is our first Zoom presentation on Saturday 3 October 2020. We have a limited number of seats available in the Seminar room for members to watch the presentation on the large screen. If you wish to take one of these places (15 in total) please telephone the Society on 47573824.  Booking is essential as we must monitor the Covid 19 capacity of the room. (This phone is only monitored Tuesdays and Fridays 10-2.00. If you can’t ring during these hours please leave a message, but note that places may be filled before the message is received).

Tea and Coffee will be available from 9.30 am. The start time is 10.00 am (to allow for some administration tasks) with the meeting officially beginning at 10.30.

You will need to download Zoom on to your computer or other device. Please contact us to get the Zoom meeting ID and link.

Please be aware that we will mute all participants at the beginning of the meeting. This is to avoid problems with participants not realising they are live on air and chatting etc which can affect the sound quality of the presentation. If you have any questions during the presentation we would invite you to use the CHAT function to email your questions which our speaker will address at the conclusion of her presentation.

It is a brave new world so please bear with us!
