OUR FACILITIES

The Historical Society is very fortunate to have both the historic Tarella Cottage and the Hobby’s Reach Research Centre with extensive grounds were bequeathed to the Society by Miss Beryl McLaughlin when she passed away in 1988. We welcome members and the community to visit and use the facilities.

HISTORICAL TARELLA COTTAGE

Come visit our museum, open to the public on the last Sunday of earch month from January to November. We also have Open Days throughout the year. 

HOBBYS RESEARCH CENTRE & LIBRARY

The Research Centre’s normal opening hours are each Tuesday and Friday from 10.00am to 2.00pm from mid January to mid December.
