Tarella Cottage – Open Day
“Tarella”, the Blue Mountains Historical Society’s historic cottage at 99 Blaxland Road, Wentworth Falls, will be open for public inspection on Sunday 30 October 2022 from 10.00am – 3.00pm (last entry 2.45pm).
Our fascinating 19th Century holiday cottage showcases many interesting and unusual objects that were commonplace in our homes in the past.
Explore the differences between now and the 1890s in the old kitchen where the open fire reminds us why past kitchens were separated from the rest of the house.
Entry is free for members. Entry for Non-Members is Adults $5.00; Children $2.00.
Morning and afternoon tea will be available in the Research Centre for $5.
