Tarella Cottage – Open Day

| “Tarella”, the Blue Mountains Historical Society’s historic cottage at 99 Blaxland Road, Wentworth Falls, will be open for public inspection on Sunday 28 August 2022 from 10.00am – 3.00pm (last entry 2.45pm) Our fascinating 19th Century holiday cottage contains many interesting and unusual objects that were really commonplace in our homes in the past. Explore the differences between now and the past in the parlour and the children’s room in particular. In the Exhibition room, the collection of souvenir ceramics from the mid-20th century is on display. Entry is free for members and for Non-Members: Adults $5.00; Children $2.00. Morning and afternoon tea will be available in the Research Centre for $5. |  |
